Accessibility Statement.
I want everyone to be able to read, watch, and use alexferrari.com. Here is what I’ve done, what’s still imperfect, and how to tell me when something gets in your way.

1. My commitment
This site should work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnifiers, or other assistive tools. I aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
2. What I’ve built in
- Headings in a logical order, with one main heading on each page.
- Links, buttons, and menus you can reach and use with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Text and button colors chosen to meet AA contrast.
- Descriptive alternative text on images that carry meaning.
- Labeled fields on the Contact form.
- Layouts that adjust for phones, tablets, and laptops, and that hold up when you zoom in.
- Most animation and motion switches off if your device is set to reduce motion.
3. Known limits
- Embedded players. Videos and podcast players come from YouTube and other platforms. Their controls and captions belong to those platforms, and I can’t always change them.
- Translation. The Translate button uses Google Translate. It’s machine translation, so it can be wrong, and it may not work well with every assistive tool.
- Older content. Some older images, documents, and pages may not meet these standards yet. I’m fixing them as I find them.
4. How I check
I test pages by hand, including keyboard navigation and different screen sizes, and I fix problems as I find them. This is my own review. The site hasn’t been formally certified, and I can’t promise it’s perfect.
5. Tell me about a barrier
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell me. Email tv@nextlevelsoul.com or use the Contact page. It helps if you include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive tool you use.
I read what comes in, and I’ll do my best to reply within a few business days and to fix the problem or find a way around it.
6. Need it another way
If you can’t use something on the site, ask me. I’ll try to get you the same information in a form that works for you.
7. Changes
I’ll update this statement as the site changes, and I’ll change the “last updated” date at the top when I do. For how I handle your information and the rules for using the site, see the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
